Replaces the Satchel charge model, does not replace the radio though (except for peewee's)

The model has all the Sven animations, plus a couple more for extra randomness (an idle and a few crouch shoots). It has all weapons, and 3 heads (ponytail fassn from HL Alpha, Black fassn, and NVG fassn)
