License and Copyright
The user retains the copyright to their content.

Unacceptable Actions on the Site
1. Inappropriate Messages
- 1.1 Public use of profanity in both open and veiled forms. Violation of the rule in a user's nickname leads to the deletion of the account without warning.
- 1.2 Illiteracy and slang in a quantity that makes the message unintelligible.
- 1.3 Use of languages other than Russian and English. Resources and projects in other languages are exceptions. Coordination with the Administration is required for creating such resources.

2. Disrespectful Attitude towards Interlocutors
- 2.1 Direct insult of a user.

3. Actions of Administration Representatives
- 3.1 Discussion of moderator actions (DMA) to prevent rule violations on XGM and its groups on other services. To appeal the actions of an Administration representative, see below.

- 3.3 Deliberately causing reputational harm to the XGM community, including spaces beyond the site and outside its groups on other services.
4. Meaningless Messages
- 4.1.1 Posting meaningless messages (flood).
- 4.1.2 Posting comments irrelevant to the discussion (off-topic). Deviation from the topic is only permissible.
- 4.1.3 Posting comments of a special type (reviews, completing orders, ...) that are not relevant. A warning is given, and repeated violations result in points with comment deletion.

- 4.4 Discussing political, national, or religious topics.
5. Advertising and Paid Services
- 5.1 Public spam - posting advertisements without community approval.
- 5.2 Linking to materials that require registration to view.
- 5.3 Inappropriate advertising of third-party communities. Posting links to social media groups, messengers, and personal websites is only allowed in their own projects, blogs, and specially designated fields, as indicated.
- 5.4 Posting paid services not approved by the site Administration.
6. Inappropriate Information in Profile
- The same restrictions apply to user profiles as for resources and comments.
7. Abuse of Access
- 7.1 Registering two or more accounts (including fakes, clones, multi-accounts), including for inflating comments, ratings, views, and votes in polls. If you forgot your password, use the password recovery instructions or contact us.
- 7.2 Transferring account access to other people, services, or bots.
8. Improper Placement of Images
- 8.1 Posting images in resource content attached through third-party hosting, except where image uploads are not allowed on the site.

- 10.1 Posting multiple questions in one resource.
- 10.2 Creating a resource in the "Question" category without a question.

11. Failure to Follow Resource Formatting Rules

- 11.1 The resource must be directly related to the project in which it is created. An exception is the Miscellaneous project.

- 11.3 The project administration has the right to set additional requirements for resource formatting and content quality intended for publication in this project (a list of such requirements is usually available on the main page or in the project menu).
- 11.4 If a publication request is rejected, repeating the application multiple times without fulfilling the moderator's conditions may result in resource deletion, a warning, or a ban.

I have violated the rules. What now?
For violating the rules, a moderator may temporarily prevent the offender from writing messages on the site (silence) and issue warning points (warnings). A user with 15 warnings cannot write messages until the number of warnings drops below 15. One warning is removed every 5 days from the last violation.
Appealing Moderator Actions
Super moderators are individuals responsible for maintaining order on the site and its groups on other services. In some cases, an Administrator may revoke a warning. There are three ways to appeal:
- The "Report to administration" buttons in projects, resources, and comments
- The "Contact Us" page: xgm.guru/feedback.php

I have a model of a Tomstone in which FEARSTARTER should fix, except the creator has not been active for a year. I've been told that I should just fix it for him.
