Я вроде тему создавал, но там в спешке написал все) И ничего не понятно, к тому же нужны архивы Lineage, которые весят очень много))) Сейчас я вроде раньше задротом был в Ла2, посмотрим что найду) |

А, ну если так, то Нужны: Umodel (Gui) она откроет архивы Lineage 2, и также просматривает модели, там же и текстуры, Milkshape откроет формат Моделей (psk) для анимаций (psa) в целом все, текстуры в Формате tga их любой редактор изображений откроет. |

+Greetings. i cant even speak or read russian. But Iam here for a long time on Xgm and iam happy for all the resources that are shared here. And when here started the topic with Lineage models oooh that was always my dream. I wanted to thank you all. I want to share also something with you. As i saw many great lineage models are not animated. I attached one model - the tyranosaurus to the animations of wow devilsaurus. Everything should work just fine. Hope, youll like it. And i also reduced the size of the texture from 512 to 256, it decreased the filesize of textures heavily and yet detailes remained nearly intact. If you will be interested i can attach more models to animations (yet some are too complicated, so they wont work). I would like from time to time upload here some animated lineage models if you would want, if not or if iam here absolutely wrong, iam sorry, i just wanted to thank you for these models ;) |

I assume he doesn't convert his models with animations, he just swaps the skeleton in it to the wow one. So the animations will be from WoW model, not from original one.

As was said, I use existing one animations either from wow or ...well..any model that has animations. I use mdlvis for this work and what i do is that i import mesh to the model with animations, attach lineage models with skeleton and bones, sometimes i have to reposition bones so the model works fluently. And of course change or add textures.
Anyway if you have some modelling problem i can ask some friends. And dont worry you are not raping my language, iam not primar english speaking man, iam from Czech republic. English is just a tool to comunicate. Iam not best english speaker either...
About the valakas and other models. I have some models in plan, as long as you will keep releasing unanimated models. One of ym plans will be definitely animating antharas, i simply love him... It will be difficult for sure, but possible. Valakas...well... not that it would be impossible....Just extremely complicated, because of his 4 wings. But it would be possible if i would for example duplicate bones for wings in..i dont know...maybe wow dragon, reposition duplicates and attach second wings like that... it might work, but as i said...it would be difficult.
But- again- i dont know for what use you want to use the models, as long as you dont mind for exact animations, but for working model, i can support you with working animations, there are many wow and even W3 models that should be appropriate. You can see in tyranosaurus, that they dont have same anatomy as devilsaurus from wow, i had to reposition some bones, but it worked eventually quite good i think. ...
So - NpCs from lineage should not be a big problem, some monsters also should not be a problem. But some specific monster will be problem.
I would like to make some request about rip models from Lineage, If you do them, you can be sure i will definitely try and releae them with working animations.
So i would need hatchling, strider, wyvern... Also link to the valakas is not working. Iam sure I can at least attach him to ground animations, flying may be done later. P.S: Wasnt one man named Inico able to do working lineage 2 rips? Iam not sure but i think he was the first one i saw L2 rips pictures form him. I asked him for Valakas and antharas, but he never replied... |

Sellen, On one of the english sites I saw a model from Loco, where i ш get some models, and i was shocked, he ripped a Partizan, one of the most high polygon model sand with all animations without changes, i also asked him, but he also did`t reply

Sellen, I'am a WoW-modder and there is only one way to convert animated models for now using Blender 2.49b (only old version) and M2Mod3 plugins that allows to import/export special file extension (.m2i) to Blender, than do some operations with bones and save it.
I want to make vrykuls playable with human animations. So, as the vrykul is shaped another way than human I need first to reshape it. Then I need to copy bone weights with help of built-in script, and I can copy bones only to one mesh one-by-one. So, I have no idea how to make the model work. If you know smth about Blender, please help. |
