Okey. I try to explain it using English. About your map - to publish it, you need to do some work with map. For example, make it's landscape more beautiful, add more decorations. Now your map is good, but to publish you need to make it better.
Advise: you can see other map, which we publish, to have good example.

These maps is one of our best. Of course, you don't need to make something so good - but it's a good to see it for growing your skills.

And when you add your map to this resourse, you need to write more description and make some good screens - to understand, what about your map.
